个人简历:

郑将辉博士,副教授(南强青拔B类)、博士生导师。2011年本科毕业于同济大学,2017年获厦门大学工学博士学位,20162017年期间在新南威尔士大学太阳能之父Martin Green院士课题组进行博士联合培养,随后留组继续从事博士后研究,2021年入职悉尼大学担任研究员,2024年加入厦门大学电子科学与技术开元956棋app下载。长期从事光电材料与器件应用基础研究,包括新型高效率低成本叠层太阳能电池、钙钛矿太阳能电池、下转换太阳能电池、照明及显示用LEDmicro LED器件,取得过多次大面积硅钙钛矿叠层太阳能电池的世界效率记录。已在Nature Materials, Joule, Energy & Environmental Science,Advanced Energy Materials,ACS Energy Letters等高水平期刊发表论文80余篇,其中第一作者及通讯作者发表23篇,总引用4320次,H因子34。发表英文图书章节1篇,授权中国国家发明专利12项,授权国家软件著作权登记3项,申请澳洲/国际发明专利3项。
